Job Summary

This is a full-time remote role that involves working with Node.js in a backend development capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality software applications using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Design and implement robust backend systems that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with frontend technologies like React and Angular.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and performance in all developed software systems.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with Node.js in a backend development role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Ability to write automated tests using testing frameworks such as Mocha or Jest.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation

$300.00 - $400.00 per hour.
