At DB Schenker, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM/WM Consultant Logistic to join our IT team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP EWM and WM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate incident and problem reports, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support change management and proactively contribute to increasing maturity in the ITSM area.
  • Lead the technical or functional aspects of analysis and design processes, including documentation and testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SAP EWM with a strong background in SAP WM.
  • Proven experience in SAP support organizations, preferably in large/global organizations and for global customers.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP ERP modules EWM, WM, LE, and MM, SD, and ABAP coding.
  • Strong knowledge of contract logistics processes and ECOM warehouse management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and German (beneficial).
