About the Role:

Tanger is seeking a highly skilled Digital Verification Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced verification methodologies to ensure the highest quality of our memory products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
  2. Utilize advanced verification languages and techniques to build a cutting-edge verification platform.
  3. Participate in creating full chip behavior models that are distributed to our global customers.
  4. Develop verification plans, incorporating directed and random patterns that cover all features of a memory design.
  5. Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and standardization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in verification languages (System Verilog) and methodologies (UVM).
  2. Solid understanding of object-oriented design.
  3. Ability to abstract complex technical details into an easy-to-understand interface.
  4. Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience in using scripting languages to automate tasks.
  6. Experience defining coverage strategies and writing coverage models.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  8. Previous work experience in ASIC or Memory verification.
  9. Good understanding of CMOS circuit design.
  10. Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field.
  11. 3 to 5 years' experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour workday. The job will be performed in an office setting.
