About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled CCTV Monitoring Specialist to join our security team. As a CCTV Monitoring Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time
  • Manage access control systems to ensure authorized personnel have access to secure areas
  • Track and monitor GPS-enabled cargo units to prevent theft and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Participate in regular training and compliance activities to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certification

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • English language proficiency (50% desirable)
