  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to develop and implement business requirements for system changes.
  • Drive business agenda during solution delivery process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including business leaders and IT Product Owners/Managers.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role, with a strong background in data analysis and business process improvement.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or Advanced Degree with 0 years of experience.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
