Join our SAP COP and lead the way in software renovation

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Senior Manager to lead our software renovation program within the SAP CoP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program of software renovation, focusing on implementing regional and global strategies in SAP BTP
  • Provide input to cross-function controls for software and applications on regional and global levels
  • Collaborate with management and oversee requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments
  • Ensure support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved

Requirements:

  • Manage staff and line responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale software and application services
  • Service delivery, support, and excellence
  • Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality overview knowledge of SAP BTP
  • Expert knowledge in cloud-native technologies and SAP BTP services
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP in application and configuration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively
  • Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication
  • General technical background
  • Understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other
  • Process and service orientation
  • CPG Business processes experience is a plus

Additional Information:

  • 8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules
  • 5+ years of direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP Platforms such as SAP BTP, cloud-native solutions, etc.
  • Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP BTP solutions
  • At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in SAP BTP platform
  • Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into development objects for SAP BTP
  • Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel
  • Education/Certifications: SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications
  • Travel requirements: 30 – 60%
