Scorpios Hospitality Lead

Scorpios is a hospitality brand focused on bringing people together through music, food, and mindfulness. We're seeking a highly dedicated Rooms Director to lead the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional service quality and driving profitability. As the Rooms Director, you will oversee housekeeping, laundry, valet, front office, PBX, concierge, and guest experience, with a primary focus on housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local Rooms Division strategy aligned with Scorpios' business goals.
• Maintain divisional standards to achieve 5-star status as recognized by Forbes.
• Design and manage division policies and operating budgets, including staffing forecasts and payroll costs.
• Participate in creating a marketing and public relations plan for the Rooms Division.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and capital expenditures to meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Master's in hospitality management or business administration with a focus on hospitality and leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in a related role within a similar brand.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
