We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead project teams in planning and implementing solutions. As a key team member, you will provide support for larger, more complex projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholders.
  2. Coordinating business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval.
  3. Preparing project plans and implementation schedules, ensuring they include all stakeholder requirements and the nine areas of knowledge from the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
  4. Conducting internal and vendor inquiries to develop technology or information systems that meet current and projected business needs.
  5. Coordinating RFI/RFPs with third parties, project, and internal IT procurement teams.
  6. Providing regular report updates to stakeholders and project sponsors, including status updates, milestone information, and risk and issue information.
  7. Active problem-solving, recognizing potential problem areas against the plan and implementing alternative solutions.
  8. Serving as an escalation point for project risks and issues.
  9. Providing guidance on team activity through leadership and support towards goals.
  10. Working independently on medium-risk projects with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Recommending, preparing, and conducting training.
  12. Managing change control processes and being responsible for overall project execution.
  13. Maintaining a good working relationship with customers and vendors.
  14. Ensuring 100% adherence to all IT and department policies, processes, and procedures.

Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree + 3 years of related experience, or a PhD without experience.
