Job Summary
We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by serving food and beverages, setting tables, and responding to menu questions. You will also communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. In addition, you will record transactions in the MICROS system, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, and maintain the cleanliness of work areas. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards
- Respond to menu questions and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
