Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Manager to join our team at GE Power Portfolio. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for winning business and driving revenue growth in the North America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and close financial transactions with new, existing, and former customers to develop new business and retain existing business.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the power generation industry and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Focus on higher-value deals and provide escalation support for parts issues and emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or STEM field.
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial or inside sales OEM parts within the power generation or steam turbine industry.
