Job Title: Cash Flow Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Manager to join our team at Daimler Truck North America. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for defining strategic transformation of finance processes and securing the deployment of potential technical solutions to optimize overall efficiency and automation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall cash situation and proactively steer the company's cash resources to ensure capital structure optimization and compliance to all corporate related policies.
  • Promote continuous processes and activities improvement, ensuring compliance to all rules, policies, and procedures established by the organization in terms of accounting principles, ICS controls, and Daimler Code of Conduct.
  • Foster team and personal development, including knowledge of Business Intelligence/Finance Analytics, ERP processes for BI implementation, Database Management Systems, financing structures, company valuation methods, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash modeling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to enhance data governance, flow, and transform data into valuable information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, cash management, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
