We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Professional to join our Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms team.

About the Job:

In this role, you will provide exceptional service desk support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests via various channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and issues.
  • Communicate product information, features, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Advanced level English language proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills, including solution-focused mindset and helping nature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Multitasking and pressure management capabilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work diligently.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
