We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Professional to join our Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms team.
About the Job:In this role, you will provide exceptional service desk support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer requests via various channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and issues.
- Communicate product information, features, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Advanced level English language proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills, including solution-focused mindset and helping nature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
- Multitasking and pressure management capabilities.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work diligently.
- Effective problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM.
