Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Motus Integrated Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company, leveraging lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a comprehensive CI project roadmap to achieve plant goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages employee engagement and participation.
  3. Utilize data-driven decision making and reporting to inform strategic initiatives and drive business results.
  4. Lead and train others to conduct rapid improvement events, facilitating the application of lean principles and methodologies throughout the organization.
  5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of processes and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct analysis of chronic operational problems and implement corrective actions to drive business improvement.
  7. Facilitate kaizen events, 5S, and other continuous improvement activities to drive cultural transformation and operational excellence.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving business results through process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
  2. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to set the vision and milestones for achievement at all levels of the organization.
