- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages employee engagement and participation.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and reporting to inform strategic initiatives and drive business results.
- Lead and train others to conduct rapid improvement events, facilitating the application of lean principles and methodologies throughout the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct analysis of chronic operational problems and implement corrective actions to drive business improvement.
- Facilitate kaizen events, 5S, and other continuous improvement activities to drive cultural transformation and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving business results through process improvement.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to set the vision and milestones for achievement at all levels of the organization.
