About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Support Specialist to join our team at MX003 Marsh And Mclennan Servicios S.A. De Cv. As a Technical Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to team members, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of application performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and infrastructure diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and applications.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on supporting client-facing web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows fundamentals and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including WebLogic, Oracle Fusion, Apache, and Nginx.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies and environments, including container systems and orchestration.
  • Strong professional experience automating AWS configuration, build, and deployments using Ansible, CloudFormation, or other equivalents.
  • Certification in AWS is a plus.
