About the Role:
The Sales Support Assistant Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the PepsiCo Mexico Foods business teams by executing and populating information related to the Away From Home Sales area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
- Participate in fine-tuning activities to improve performance and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Execute reports according to SLAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or similar.
- No professional experience required, but experience in Sales is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Desirable skills in using PepsiCo standards reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, etc.).
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Clear communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
