Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage project schedules across various hydroelectric rehabilitation and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining project timelines using advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. The Planner will support project managers by providing analyses and forecasts based on current project data, identifying potential delays, and recommending solutions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, performing Critical Path Analysis (CPA), and ensuring compliance with project milestones.

• Proficient in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project management principles
• Experience with Critical Path Analysis (CPA)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze data and present reports
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Availability to travel (~10%)
