We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Alstom. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize various supply channels to source candidates, including our company's own candidate database, social networks, and external job boards.
- Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, including defining job profiles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Develop and maintain a diverse talent pool through research, networking, and database mining.
- Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the publication of external jobs, following our employer brand strategy.
- Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public/business administration, or a closely related field.
- Solid experience in the selection and selection of all types of candidates, specifically for Engineering and Technical profiles, as well as Big Data profiles.
- Spanish and command of the English language, written and spoken.
