We are seeking a senior QA Automation Engineering Lead to manage our Document Ingestion/AI function, ensuring end-to-end testing is fully automated.
This role involves understanding business workflows and developing an end-to-end automated testing framework. The primary responsibility is to lead the framework, standardizing it with the team from inception to go-live. The automated test framework should improve quality and speed of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Business, Engineering (Dev), and other teams to understand the CHUBB technology landscape
- Understand complete document ingestion domain/business knowledge
- Work with Infrastructure and Engineering team to understand the process
- Build an automated test framework using internal and external tools and technologies and implement as a standard across the entire team
- Lead and manage performance testing
- Develop industry-standard best practices for testing
- Design and implement Automated System, Performance, and other types of testing across IPA program
- Have knowledge on performance benchmarks & Metrics
- Build a team of Automation QA Engineers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- 2+ years of QA practitioner with solid experience handling teams and working well with various teams in a matrix organization
- Understanding and knowledge of cloud is a must
- 3+ years of experience or knowledge of Selenium, Java, Python, and RPA tools like workfusion, Soroco, UI Path etc.
- Hands-on Automation QA experience
- Able to articulate the importance of QA to business, Development team, and Leadership team
- Solid experience leading QA team from scratch and been successful in delivering high-quality deliverables from QA side
- Experience or good knowledge of automation of test tools like Selenium, QTP, Cucumber
- Know the importance of Automation, when to automate, and think through the importance of performance testing and its impact to the deliverables of QA
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
