**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of growth marketers to execute against the strategy
  • Design and execute experiments to test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
  • Partner with our Product Team to define user onboarding journeys and increase acquisition, retention, and referrals across all funnel stages
  • Drive SEO and content strategy to improve organic search traffic
  • Analyze and recommend improvement initiatives to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in B2B and e-commerce growth marketing strategies

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a background in e-commerce lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and scaling tech companies, ideally with experience in a fast-growing successful e-commerce company
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels and how to optimize at each stage with experience in systematic A/B testing, CAC: LTV, ROAS, MQL, forecasting, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Basic coding experience to prioritize needs with the product team and understand the lift of various initiatives
  • Professional writing skills to consistently match our brand's voice and deliver engaging copywriting
  • High attention to detail to uphold writing and design against our brand standards
