Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our rotating machines portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management
    • Proactively manage a portfolio of brake components through the entire product lifecycle process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
    • Analyze market growth potential, identify new market requirements, and opportunities through user experience, market research, and industry scoping to build a product roadmap.
  • Business Development
    • Create business cases and prepare project financials for new product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
    • Monitor category KPIs and Profit and Loss to ensure business plan and profitability targets are being met.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Plants, and Quality functions to drive business growth and success.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a product management role in the automotive aftermarket industry, OEM, or similar field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Practical experience with and interest in automotive technology.
    • Knowledge of standard MS software, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
    • SAP knowledge, MS Project, and PowerBI is a plus.
    • Proficient oral and written communication in English.
Desired Competencies
  • Initiative and determination, taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results and need to finish.
  • High level of social competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%).
