Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist II to join our team in Candy LA. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for delivering RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance, and/or productivity projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.
  • Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
  • Write technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results, leading to conclusions and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of office packaging (Excel) and statistical tools.
  • Analytical reasoning and intermediate-advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in relation to food (candy) is a plus.
