Travel and Expenses Financial Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Finance professional to take on the role of Travel and Expenses Reporting Analyst. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that travel expenditures are accurately documented through thorough account reconciliations and month-end accruals, adhering to corporate policies for expense recognition. This hybrid position offers flexibility with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Reconciliation: Execute detailed account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items to guarantee precise financial documentation.
- Credit Card and Bank Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for corporate credit card accounts and bank statements to uphold financial integrity.
- Management of Travel and Expenses: Ensure prompt recognition of expenses related to travel, manage accrual records, and execute necessary expense reclassifications.
- Compliance, Reporting, and Analysis: Conduct fundamental analyses and prepare reports to satisfy governmental and statutory obligations. Implement compliance and control testing to confirm that internal controls are effectively executed, while also providing assistance to internal finance personnel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, capable of engaging in business-level conversations.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills and a customer service mindset.
