About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Manager II to contribute to the success of our clinical trials team at ICON. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing complex clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Study Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive study plans, budgets, and timelines, optimizing resource utilization and maintaining a focus on efficiency.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of advanced clinical studies.
  3. Issue Resolution and Monitoring: Spearhead the resolution of intricate issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, employing strategic problem-solving skills and effective communication strategies.
  4. Quality and Compliance: Implement and oversee robust monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience in clinical study management, showcasing a good grasp of the drug development process and regulatory landscape.
  3. Skills: Proven ability in project management, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and effectively prioritizing duties. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.
  4. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented with an unwavering dedication to data accuracy and maintaining the highest quality standards in advanced clinical trials, with a high level of English proficiency.
