The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled IT Business Systems Analyst (Dynamics 365) to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our business units to implement IT systems and associated processes, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business units to understand their goals, needs, and functionality requirements for IT systems
- Implement IT systems and associated processes with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence technologies (PowerBI, SSRS, etc.)
- Design and implement solutions using MS Power Platform with Power Apps/Automate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and Data tools (Data Factory) and apply this knowledge to drive business value
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with relevant IT systems qualifications
- Expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O, CRM, or Marketing
- Experience in dashboard/reporting implementation with Business Intelligence technologies
- MS Power Platform skills with Power Apps/Automate
- Exposure to Azure and Data tools beneficial, but not essential
