Job Summary: Lear Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst Social Security to join our team in Cd Juarez. As a Payroll Analyst Social Security, you will be responsible for the validation and payment of IMSS - INFONAVIT, ISN, and accounting records of IMSS/INFONAVIT/ISN provisions and payments.

About the Role:

  • Validation and payment of IMSS - INFONAVIT
  • Validation and payment of ISN
  • Accounting record of IMSS/INFONAVIT/ISN provisions and payments
  • Analysis of records in expenses and liability accounts
  • Interpretation and explanation of financial variations
  • Review and preparation of reconciliations of payroll accounts
  • Review of policies
  • Budget preparation divisional entities and explanation of variations

Requirements:

  • Education in Accountant, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Computer package management - QAD, SAP, SUA & Black Line
  • 2 to 4 years minimum of experience in Payroll Accounting
  • English Intermediate level
  • Good customer service
  • Problem solving skills
