The HOA Accounting Manager is a key role within the Auberge Resorts organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports for the homeowner's associations and residential operations related to hotel and third-party services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with Homeowners, Board Members, Operations, External Auditors, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial management.
- Develop and implement financial management strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
**Requirements**
- Strong accounting skills and experience in HOA financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
