- Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the success of the team and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Advocate for the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile development, including Swift, Kotlin, and 3rd-party libraries.
- Mentor junior to mid-level team members and contribute to group discussions.
- Engage with developers across various disciplines, including Android, APIs, and Web.
- Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.
- Identify technical obstacles and work with the team to find creative solutions.
- Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift and other language idioms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on iOS development.
- At least 4 years of people management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building iOS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with Swift.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- 7+ years of experience building iOS applications.
- 4+ years of experience with Swift.
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
