Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our Zapopan office. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with a multicultural team to develop design solutions for iconic architectural projects worldwide, ensuring the highest quality and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate architectural projects to meet client expectations
- Lead high-performance teams and drive positive leadership practices
- Design innovative, profitable, and aesthetic architectural proposals that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in architectural projects
- 3-6 years of experience in medium to high-reach projects (Offices, hotels, Stadiums, Vertical Residences, Shopping Centers)
- Advanced English skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong sense of leadership and team management
Work Environment:
We offer a dynamic work environment with a competitive salary, up to $29,338.43 per month, and a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance and annual bonuses.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, indefinite employment
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
