Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to design and construct new facilities or modify existing ones to meet business needs.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for facility construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate construction activities, including ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes applicable to manufacturing facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Education and Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or technical field preferred (or equivalent of education and experience).
  • Master's Degree.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing.
