Job Description:

The Business Development Associate - Relationship Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a critical part in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture new business relationships while strengthening existing ones, ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.
  • Provide expert support to communicate new products, propositions, and relevant market information to clients.
  • Spearhead distribution channel business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute plans to generate new business and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities and deepen understanding of clients through credit and customer due diligence reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency.
  • Proven relationship management experience at multiple levels, coupled with a demonstrated sales record.
  • Able to identify and meet customer needs by matching a broad range of products and services.
  • Strong analytical and selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand customers' businesses and the fundamentals of running a business.
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
