We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Protection Specialist** to join our team in México. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' data.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare general policies in data protection
• Identify and document data treatments
• Elaborate a complete description of all data treatments in the company
• Support the line manager in reporting data breaches in data protection issues to the competent authority
• Coordinate reports when international data transfers are going to take place
• Assist in data privacy impact assessments (PIA)
• Other related responsibilities

**Requirements**

• Knowledge or experience of mercantile/commercial law
• Knowledge or experience in general data protection law
• Knowledge in GDPR legislation
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
• Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
• Knowledge of Onetrust is desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview is a plus
