About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist the Strategic Sourcing Leader in developing and executing Global/Regional Sourcing Supply Base Strategies, focusing on critical components related to specific commodities.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and develop opportunities for productivity and cost savings to achieve annual objectives.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Leader and Global Supply Manager to implement sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage the MAPICS database to track commercial terms, including price, incoterm, payment term, and conditions for new and current parts.
- Verify contract implementation and notify the Strategic Sourcing Leader of any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to obtain approval for new samples and ensure compliance with Global Sourcing procedures.
- Assist the Purchasing Area in expediting activities to drive timely delivery.
