Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Partner with internal clients to define recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
  • Coordinate meetings with HR Manager, FTEC Supervisors, and Functional Managers to ensure a thorough understanding of each job description
  • Support branding reinforcement with local universities and agencies
  • Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices
  • Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and safety regulations
  • Coordinate the Onboarding process for new hires
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
  • Strong English communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Oracle is helpful
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Knowledge and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
