Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
- Partner with internal clients to define recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
- Coordinate meetings with HR Manager, FTEC Supervisors, and Functional Managers to ensure a thorough understanding of each job description
- Support branding reinforcement with local universities and agencies
- Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices
- Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and safety regulations
- Coordinate the Onboarding process for new hires
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
- Strong English communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Oracle is helpful
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
