At Spino, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise in quality management and business analysis to drive growth and improvement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze complex business problems and provide innovative solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop comprehensive plans to address them.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, quality management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $700,000 - $1,200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
