Icon is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Payments Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Payments Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical trial payments process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Verify vendor payee details across multiple systems for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and manage site configuration packages for our clinical trial payment system.
  • Manage initial and change requests for clinical trial payment access in our internal workflow system.
  • Approve site invoices for sites using the Site Invoice Upload model within our clinical trial payment system.
  • Approve manual payment requests for sites using our clinical trial payment system.
  • Prepare and allocate monthly site payment split payee allocation reports.
  • Liaise with our clinical trial payment vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of allocated payments.
  • Configure and manage site-level clinical trial budgets.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of work experience in a financial support or contract administration role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 3 years of work experience in a financial support or contract administration role.
