Job Title: Clinical Trial Associate

As a Clinical Trial Associate at ICON, you will be part of a dynamic team that plays a critical role in the success of our clinical research projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist project teams with the set-up, organization, and maintenance of clinical study documentation, including preparation for internal and external audits, final reconciliation, and archival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams with the set-up, organization, and maintenance of clinical study documentation
  • Prepare for internal and external audits, final reconciliation, and archival
  • Process Data Collection Forms, including logging, tracking, and quality control
  • Share responsibility in quality control audits of clinical study documentation
  • Facilitate and coordinate ordering, dispatch, and tracking of trial materials
  • Assist project teams with trial progress tracking by updating Clinical Trial Management systems
  • Run, review, and analyze study reports for accuracy
  • Coordinate study-related payments, if applicable
  • Act as a contact for clinical sites for basic requests
  • Track and distribute safety reports
  • Coordinate document translation, if required
  • Assist with meeting coordination, activities preparation, and generation of meeting minutes and agendas
  • Assist with the production of slides, overheads, etc., for project, departmental, sponsor, and/or business development presentations
  • Coordinate various tracking reports, including team member tracking and training

Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Diploma or Equivalent
  • Good English Level
