Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer to support its expectations while preserving company from risk exposure (profitability, engineering change, planning, delivery)

First escalation level with the customer to provide support and coordinate necessary efforts to resolve customer concerns

Lead serial life team and coordinate efforts with plant functions, engineering, purchasing, CBU to ensure the correct operation of the program. Ensure the necessary resources are provided and are aligned towards program's objectives and arbitrate top issues internally/externally)

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

Product knowledge in the seating business of the automotive industry

Knowledge of Program Management system and tools preferred
