  • Critical Path Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis to identify the sequence of activities that determine the overall duration of the project and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks or delays to project schedules and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Communication: Organize regular meetings to communicate schedule updates, milestones, and potential delays to project teams and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, changes, and revisions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of scheduling methodologies to enhance project efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • 2-5 years of minimum construction experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or P6 (Primavera).
  • Experience in construction scheduling or project management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
