Key Responsibilities- Design Change Development: Study and develop design changes required by Model Year changes, Minor Model Changes, or Full Model Year changes due to Regulations or Market Requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all Nissan and Government Regulations are met for parts developed.
- Project Management: Work in a team to secure the accomplishment of Annual Value Optimization Target by studying, releasing, and securing adoption of Technical and PDT cost reduction ideas.
- Quality Assurance: Secure Project Quality by releasing Countermeasures for 3MIS & IQS reports.
- Closure of Issues: Closure of issues raised during Digital or physical phase (Root Cause and Countermeasure definition).
- Design Note Release: Release Design Notes for all Design changes.
- Timing Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up of all new parts developed to secure parts availability for Physical Trials.
- PDT Work: Secure project budget by meeting Piece Cost & Vendor Tooling targets.
- Cost Reduction Ideas: Study, release, and follow-up on Cost Reduction ideas.
- 3MIS / IQS Field Issues: Study and define final Countermeasures for 3MIS / IQS field issues.
- Education: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Design Engineering, or similar.
- Previous Work Experience: 1 year in similar activities.
- Required Knowledge: Acknowledgment of Methodologies to solve issues, Plastic Injection processes knowledge.
- Language: English (TOEIC 600Pts.).
- Computer Skills: CAD Software (preferred NX, or something similar), Microsoft Office.
- Competences: Project Management skills, Focused on Goals/Targets achievements, Proactive mindset.
- Availability to Travel: Availability to travel to Nissan locations.
