Job Description

Manpower S.A. de C.V is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our Compute and Networking Business Unit, you will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, build user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.
  • Identify project stakeholders and understand and define business needs, project objectives, and deliverables.
  • Responsible for project communication, documentation, and ensures appropriate stakeholder sign-off.
  • Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional collaboration within the organization's Agile project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project team to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs/defects, and other development items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
  • Agile or relevant experience working in teams to deliver expected outcome.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and motivational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creating Power BI and/or Tableau reporting.
  • Optimizing SQL queries including Store procedures, View, Functions, ETL's, and Reporting tools.
  • Should have good knowledge on PL/SQL Queries.
  • Experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Solutions using Microsoft Technology (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS, etc.).
