Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner/Buyer to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for defining and updating supply and stock management parameters, ensuring needs/resources balance, and managing customer needs and replenishment backlogs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Planning: Define and update supply and stock management parameters, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies to achieve target service levels while reducing unhealthy stock and costs.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, including lead time, quantity, and stocking policies.
  • Procurement: Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer needs coming from Customer Claim Management Processes.
  • Replenishment Management: Manage the replenishment backlog, including creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure and drive action plans for ISSR, S-OTD, and U-OTD (External Supplier Service Rate).
  • Backorder Management: Manage the backorder portfolio, shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to make informed decisions; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
