About the Role

The Clorox Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Clorox Studios. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in representing finance within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of various initiatives in the Studios, including projects evaluating different scenarios, launches of new products, and changes in product specifications.
  • Provide business feedback to project teams, including experiences in other projects, studios, and geographies.
  • Prioritize efforts in top-line growth, ensuring accurate information and questioning inconsistencies (BOMs, P&Ls, etc.).
  • Provide analysis for Studios, including by-country category analysis, gap management, and benchmarking.
  • Work closely with countries' finance teams (mainly marketing, P&A, and cost) and R&D to obtain accurate information and provide feedback.
  • Assist in tracking new initiatives and Studio brand financial performance to ensure yearly targets are met, while identifying and communicating risks and opportunities.
  • Support in preparing budget, LRP, and equivalent financial projections for Studios.
  • Identify issues and opportunities to improve processes, system utilization, and reporting, particularly under the Elevate strategy (new enterprise and finance tools).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience focused on business, with years of finance, planning, and analysis experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proven SAP or other ERP systems experience/Essbase Database.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry experience.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
Skills and Abilities
  • Extensive remote work experience with strong analytical, leadership, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize and self-manage workload effectively.
  • Skilled at collaborating in cross-functional environments and building solid relationships.
  • Takes ownership of issues and ensures timely resolution.
