Your Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will spearhead the forecasting and quarterly closing processes for consolidated administration, delivering precise business results and analyses to aid in decision-making and prioritization of expenditures. You will also lead high-stakes project analyses, including those that are complex and confidential, in collaboration with senior management. Additionally, you will assist fellow Functional Planning team members in achieving key deliverables as required.

Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing total company administration analytics, reporting, and consolidation processes for closing and forecasting, while submitting results to Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting teams.
  • Conducting project analyses for Functional Planning, focusing on intricate and confidential evaluations.
  • Providing support during the implementation of Anaplan, ensuring project success through collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve functional administration objectives.
  • Assisting functional teams in monitoring and meeting administrative targets.
  • Performing ad hoc analyses to support functional leaders.
  • Delivering accurate administrative forecasts for the Finance Function, including annual budgets and quarterly updates, along with variance analyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, collaboration, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • The ability to effectively lead meetings and convey key messages to senior leadership.
  • A solid understanding of general accounting principles, including journal entries and financial statements.
  • A proactive approach to addressing customer needs and providing solutions.
  • The ability to identify and implement improvements for efficiency in closing and forecasting processes.
  • A passion for fostering team engagement.
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence three times a week.
