As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of field sales representatives to drive sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets for a specific area. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and motivate your team, working closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing regular reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving 'best in industry' execution of our categories.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance, to optimize returns across your area.
  • Develop category and insights knowledge, coaching your team to use category tools to engage and influence customers, driving informed decisions that grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Your Qualifications

  • A strong desire to drive your career and accelerate your future, with the following experience and knowledge:
  • Knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates.
  • Experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.

About This Role

  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships, including regular visits, contract negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor sales by route.
  • Manage allocated budgets for sales activities, such as travel, marketing materials, and events.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they perform tasks according to prescribed standards.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing training and making key decisions.
  • Achieve route and category targets.
  • Coordinate the team.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or Marketing.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales, working with multifunctional leadership teams.
  • Experience in people management in a coaching or line management role.
  • Leadership.
  • Negotiation.
  • Teamwork.
  • Strategic analysis.
  • Experience in the retail channel.
  • Intermediate English.

Work Schedule: Start operations at 7:00 am, Monday to Saturday.

Work Location: Aguascalientes.

No relocation support available.
