- Requirements Management: Verify requirements and their updates from OEM and customer manuals.
- Tool Implementation: Lead the design, consulting, manufacturing, and follow-up of the implementation of the tools.
- Tool Improvement: Design specific tools and propose improvements to existing ones.
- Process Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives related to tools and associated processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to users regarding the proper use of the tools.
- Tool Evolution: Follow up on the evolution of tools and technically justify equivalences.
- Manufacturing Planning: Draw up manufacturing, assembly, and control plans for the tools used in the workshop.
- Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Aeronautical Knowledge: Knowledge of engines (turbojets, turbofan, etc).
- Technical Documentation: Technical documentation from customers, manufacturers, and authorities (CFM, Delta, Goodrich).
- Materials Science: Heat and surface treatment, properties, and selection of tooling materials.
- GD&T: GD&T knowledge.
- Measuring Instruments: Use of measuring instruments.
- Drawing Interpretation: Reading and interpretation of drawings for manufacturing.
- Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of national and international standards for mechanical design.
This is an occasional role.
