Job Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing the department framework to support the primary objective of maintaining the integrity of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management: Provide oversight of Change Management implementation for Engineering activities, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  2. Risk Management: Manage Engineering operational risk and provide input into relevant risk databases, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  3. Project Management: Serve as the key project contact for on-site specialist Engineering activities, including Infrastructure upgrades, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  4. Energy Efficiency: Deliver Energy saving Initiatives in line with the Energy strategy, driving sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Meet expectations of internal customers through delivery of high-quality projects, meeting their needs, and demonstrating the added value of service provided.
  6. Process Improvement: Continual improvement of reporting and procedures to enable project managers and customers to focus on critical path deliverables and measure success.
  7. Technical Library: Ensure the integrity of the Engineering technical library and online repository, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance procedures and objectives are met and reported, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
