Job Title

A Portfolio Implementation Specialist is required to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with investment and technology professionals. They facilitate the onboarding of client data onto our platform, working closely with the Implementation team.

About the Role
  • Build complex client portfolio hierarchies and fund manifests, including UDF and commitment creation.
  • Create templates to integrate historical accounting data from new clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Validate historical fund level market values, transactions, and returns against client performance providers, identify potential issues, and document root causes.
  • Enter and modify liquidity terms based on client feedback, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate project deadlines, answer questions about the onboarding process, and provide timely support.
  • Assist in maintaining project management documentation, tracking exposure maintenance, manager communications, and project timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support the creation of client fact sheets and other client-specific documentation for BAU service preparation, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Train new employees on data team processes, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise growth.
  • Work with data engineering teams to set up client accounting and exposure feeds from custodial banks, ensuring accurate and reliable data integration.
  • Coordinate with development and client solutions teams to assist with client requests or platform bugs, providing efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
About You
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in financial and analytical skills.
  • You possess a client service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Prior experience in partnership or investment accounting is highly valued, as is advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, including English fluency, are essential for success in this role.
  • You must be able to handle multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred but not required, as is knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other programming languages.
