Job DescriptionAs a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating CX/ISO systems and WCM System requirements across our operations. You will also oversee the Quality Management System and internal/external audits, ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
You will facilitate problem-solving using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3, and PDCA, and promote standardized work practices throughout the organization. Your efforts will directly impact our customers by ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and integrate CX/ISO systems and WCM System requirements.
- Oversee the Quality Management System and internal/external audits.
- Facilitate problem-solving using methodologies such as 8Ds, A3, and PDCA.
- Promote standardized work practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, IMA, or IME.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.
- Proven experience leading/participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement events.
- Experience with process change/innovation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating continuous improvement projects that contribute to cost reduction and process variation reduction.
- Advanced English proficiency.
