**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide legal support to the company's daily operations, strategic projects, and other needs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and preventing, mitigating, and resolving contingencies.
- Review and prepare various contracts to confirm the company's policies, guaranteeing the best contractual conditions for the company.
- Carry out corporate governance, including assemblies, boards of directors, granting of powers, and other corporate needs, inventorying and safeguarding all corporate documents and powers of attorney, registering each document physically and digitally to have access to the corporate information of each company, including notarial procedures required in the operation.
- Monitor compliance with group policies and guidelines, implementing monitoring and control mechanisms defined in coordination with the company's Compliance area.
- Coordinate the attention of contentious needs in civil, commercial, labour, tax, criminal matters, and any other that may arise, in coordination with the Legal Department of the company in Mexico.
- Implement and validate compliance with corporate policies regarding contracts with third parties, conflict of interest, and code of conduct.
**Requirements**
- Law degree.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge and experience in Corporate and Corporate matters.
- Knowledge and experience in civil, commercial, labour, and criminal law.
- Geographic scope: National.
**Experience**
- Minimum experience of 5 years in contract matters.
- Minimum experience of 4 years in the Corporate and Corporate Governance area.
