- Good understanding of traffic and logistics laws, rules, and regulations.
- Knowledge of import/export rules and regulations, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Basic computer applications skills and ability to learn multiple applications specific to the department.
- Basic math, data entry, and 10-key skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Zero to two years of relevant experience.
